Services - Administration
Whether the application started out as paper or was keyed in online a number of applications will need carefully progressing through additional underwriting and administration requirements. We provide this service to all our partners and their customers.
Advisers can follow the progress of their applications through contact with their allocated administrator or through our online case tracking service which allows them to access our secure updates on each case with all providers.
This service saves our intermediary partners time, hassle and money and is a vital service for our other ‘direct’ partners.
